Why a mailed newsletter?
I often tell people I’m a recovering people-pleaser and perfectionist. For months, I racked my brain trying to figure out how to connect with other women who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or people-pleasing in a way that felt creative, fun, and didn't require jumping through an algorithm's hoops (mostly).
Then I found an old journal entry: an intention to write letters to people I love, in hopes they'd feel special holding something handmade. This newsletter is that intention in practice. A loving, monthly nudge toward the kind of self-reflection and care that's easy to skip when life — and your inner critic! — gets loud.
My hope is that by sharing my personal curiosities, lessons, and experiences, you 1) feel less alone, and 2) are encouraged to explore your internal world with gentleness and compassion.
